Delete your account
You can delete your Tirify App account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it: directly in the app, or by sending a request by email — the second option does not require installing the app.
Option 1. In the app
- Open Tirify App and sign in.
- Go to the Account section.
- Scroll down to the Danger zone block.
- Tap Delete account and confirm the action with your password.
The account is deleted immediately after confirmation. It cannot be restored afterwards.
Option 2. By email
Send an email with the subject “Account deletion” to support@tirify.com from the email address linked to your account — this is how we confirm that the request comes from the account owner. Requests are processed within 30 days; we will reply to let you know the result.
What data is deleted

What data may be retained
- Technical logs and error reports — kept for up to 90 days from the time they were recorded, then deleted or anonymized.
- Specific records — where retention is expressly required by law; such data is kept to the minimum extent and then deleted.
- Game project player data (bans, reports, moderation records) — belongs to the game project itself, not to your personal account, and remains with the project. If you are a player and want your data removed from a specific server, contact the administration of that game project.
